Pat Cash to open new Academy in Asia

The Pat Cash Tennis Academy & TennisAsia have just added a new Asian Academy to compliment the Australian base of operations at Hope Island Resort in Queensland, Australia.  The Himmapan Beach Samui Resort & Spa on Koh Samui island, Thailand, will be the new Asian base of operations for the Pat Cash Tennis Academy. Pat is very excited to be working together with the Himmpan Group & TennisAsia to create what truly is Asia’s first Destination Resort. The Academy will have 6 outdoor courts, 2 covered courts and a stadium court, with seating for 3,500 spectators. A comprehensive range of programs and events will be available at the Academy all year round, and the project is expected to complete Phase 1 in early 2010.
